Designed for sub-harmonic mixer and high order harmonic mixers from 400 to 800 GHz

The AP2 series of diodes combines the ultra-low parasitic capacitance and series resistance of the AP1 series in a geometry optimised for applications in the range 400 to 800 GHz. These diodes are available with a range of junction capacitance values from 1 to 5 fF.
