Teratech Components manufactures a wide range of GaAs millimetre wave and sub-millimetre wave air-bridged Schottky diodes for applications from 75 GHz to 1 THz.  Although we have a range of standard products, we are keen to work with our customers in order to ensure the very best product for each application; we can modify our diode structures to suit your requirements and can fabricate diodes to customer designs.  We also have a wide range of diodes under development; please contact us for further information.

• Junction capacitance as low as 1 fF allowing a cut-off frequency > 2 THz
• Air-bridged anode contact for low parasitic capacitance
